Everything in balance

The Meadow is dynamic. It changes with every year and season. Plants are removed and others added. Plants that have lain dormant under dense grasses for years reappear. Other plants die. The ants emerge from their nest, work tirelessly and disappear again. Birds and bats fly through the trees. Frogs sing from hidden places. Rabbits try their best to break in to have a feast.

The people working in the Meadow change as well. They bring their personal stories of illness and recovery, joy and disappointment, and family events. There is social time as well as work time.

While you are looking at these Meadow photos, try to imagine them as part of an on-going, evolving process that includes all the beings that live and visit there.
