In March, 2022, the Meadow was the recipient of a $3000 grant from Pollinator Partnership Canada for the purchase of native plants. On Sunday, March 27, 2022 volunteers gathered to install the plants supplied by Satinflower Nursery. The group included Meadow volunteers, Satinflower staff, and Habitat Acquisition Trust staff. Over 200 plants were installed. After the work was done, the group gathered at the pavilion behind the Metchosin District Office for a picnic and social time.
